Cosmic Visor (Solar Navigator) is a Mythic and Exclusive 
hat cosmetic, found within the 
Neon Galaxy Collection, that was introduced in Patch 0.11.0. Its 
blueprint form can be obtained in a number of ways:
Neon Galaxy Cosmetic Crate
Big Cheese for 15x Neon Galaxy Cosmetic Crates
Ultimate Pull at the 
Cosmetic MachineIt is 
Colorable, meaning players can apply chroma packs to it, allowing them to change its colour.
It can reward the player with up to 110 
Style Trophies: 100 for owning it and an extra 10 if all 4 chroma packs are applied to it.
Its token form can be scavenged in the Scavenger's Hideout for 30x 
Exclusive Cosmetic Core and 1x 
Arcane Cosmetic Core (2x after 5 donations).
The first 5 donations also grant 20
Royal Reputation.
Cosmic Visor (Solar Navigator)'s blueprint form must be crafted at the Blueprint Assembler into a cosmetic token before use.
Alternatively, it can be scavenged for 75,000
Coins.
