Oceanic Collection, that was introduced in Patch 0.8.0. Its 
blueprint form can be obtained in a number of ways:
Sailor Cosmetic Crate
Frank for 18x Sailor Cosmetic Crates
Ultimate Pull at the 
Cosmetic Machine
Basic Pull at the Cosmetic MachineOwning it rewards the player with a total of 70 
Style Trophies.
Its token form can be scavenged in the Scavenger's Hideout for 35x 
Standard Cosmetic Cores and 1x 
Mythic Cosmetic Core (2x after 10 donations).
The first 10 donations also grant 7
Royal Reputation.
Arm Cannon (Buccaneer)'s blueprint form must be crafted at the Blueprint Assembler into a cosmetic token before use.
