Birthday Slice is an Uncommon hat cosmetic that was added on June 12th, 2024 to celebrate one year of MCC Island Open Beta and was obtainable by running the command /redeem happybirthday. This cosmetic is no longer obtainable.

It rewards the player with a total of 20 Bonus Trophies.
