MCCI's 1st Birthday was the eighth in-game event on MCC Island, introduced to celebrate one year of MCC Island's Open Beta. The event introduced a cake in the Main Hub and a limited-time cosmetic.

Players could obtain a limited-time cosmetic by running the command /redeem happybirthday:
