LARR-E is a Rare and Exclusive 
hat cosmetic, found within the 
Neon Galaxy Collection, that was introduced in Patch 0.11.0. Its 
blueprint form can be obtained in a number of ways:

Big Cheese for Neon Galaxy Cosmetic Crates
Ultimate Pull at the 
Cosmetic Machine
Basic Pull at the Cosmetic MachineIt is 
Colorable, meaning players can apply chroma packs to it, allowing them to change its colour.
It can reward the player with up to 40 
Style Trophies: 30 for owning it and an extra 10 if all 4 chroma packs are applied to it.
Its token form can be scavenged in the Scavenger's Hideout for 2x 
Exclusive Cosmetic Core, with a 6% chance for 1x 
Arcane Cosmetic Core (2 rolls after 5 donations).
The first 5 donations also grant 6
Royal Reputation.
LARR-E's blueprint form must be crafted at the Blueprint Assembler into a cosmetic token before use.
Alternatively, it can be scavenged for 5,250
Coins.
