hat cosmetic that was introduced in 0.8.0 and is obtainable from Legendary Cosmetic Crates, which give the cosmetic in blueprint form at random. Cosmetic Crates attuned to the Oceanic cosmetic pool have a higher chance of giving this cosmetic.
