A major update with massive hub changes, minor game and map adjustments, and two new maps.
General Changes
- Player icons in team games (Sky Battle and Battle Box at the time of this update) are now colored based on their team color
- Coin, Gem, and Champion Score gain animations now update values in the action bar in real time
- Fixed the party invite message to make it in sync with all other invite messages
- Creepers and TNT now correctly deal damage even after the player that spawned them has died
- Players get a bonus +25 Game Tokens (up from 12) for the first 3 games of every time they play each day
Hub Changes
- Cosmetics are no longer given by default (unless they are webstore purchases). Instead, they are found through NPC shops which sell the item for free
- Certain NPCs give one-time gifts
- Tellers at The Coin Sink give players a free Medium Currency Pouch
- The Robber's Guild gives a Golden Customization Kit
- Faction greeters give a crafting component for their corresponding factions' Chroma Pack to encourage players to wear their faction's colors
- A new hidden vendor sits at the top of an isolated shrine, she sells a halo cosmetic
- Jeffrey Shavers sells a few new hairstyles. A new hidden vendor named Beard Guru sells beard cosmetics
- Curly hair must now be purchased, Bun, Ponytail, and Undercut hairstyles replace it as default
- Frank now sells a Hot Dog accessory, while Burgers but Fast now sells a Burger and Burger Head cosmetic.
- These cosmetics were removed from their respective crates as they will always be able to be purchased
Game Changes
General Adjustments
- The capture point is now locked for the first 10 seconds of the round
- Tweaked which team colors show up in a match to avoid match-ups of similar colors
Map Adjustments
- Paint Factory
- Removed unnecessary cover in the capture point to make it more open
- Raised capture point
- Expanded lower defense
- Gold Mine
- Closed up the center of the upper tunnels to define them as defensive areas rather than areas to control the point with
Map Adjustments
- New Map: High Rise
- Wall sets are now tied to a specific map
- Each map has its own platform shape.
- Classic -> Classic floor and walls
- Beach -> Snakey floor and walls
- Highrise -> Hole punched floor and walls
Game Token Adjustment
- Game tokens are now given through identical criteria to faction XP: granted by individual placement with bonuses for larger lobbies. Game token range has changed from 6-13 tokens to 1-26 tokens in result
Trap adjustments
- Matrix - projectiles now move much slower
- Revenge - Reduced Slime count from 14 to 8
- Hoglin - Reduced Hoglin count from 5 to 4
- Sandfall - Reduced rate of sand by 20%
General Adjustments
- All players now start with leather leggings and boots
- The Wooden Sword with Knockback I is now a Stone Sword with Knockback I
Map Adjustments
- New Map: Grasslands
- Red House
- Distance between all islands has been increased by about 4 blocks
- Houses closer to the center of the map has been given more structure at their base
- More windows have been opened
- Candy Land
- In the middle ring berries on top of the doughnut have been flattened and platforms have been widened at the cupcake towers
- Candy Land now has a floor border
- Celestial
- The top barrier has been lowered but the border with it has been removed
Game Token Adjustment
- Game tokens are now given similarly to faction XP: Granted by individual placement at the end of each round. Bonuses awarded for larger lobby sizes and completing all three rounds
Modifier Adjustments
- TNT Time disabled on Beehive
- After dying on a map with the One Life modifier enabled, you respawn at a mid-air spawn point to make it clear that you died
- Red Light Green Light disabled on Cliffs, Siege, and Badlands. Overall green light time increased
General Game Changes
- Fixed a bug where orbs and sparks would fire at the same time as your offhanded item
- Health value displayed above player names is now always rounded up
