Waffle Stack is a Rare 
hat cosmetic that was introduced in season 3 (0.16.0) and was obtainable by purchasing the cosmetic from The Inventor for 25 
(Seasonal Tokens). When the season ended this cosmetic moved to the Legacy Machine, where its blueprint can now be obtained at random.
It rewards the player with a total of 30 
Style Trophies.
Blueprint Recipe
The blueprint form of the cosmetic must be crafted at the Blueprint Assembler into a cosmetic token before use.
