Collector Collection, that was introduced in Patch 0.24.0. This cosmetic can be obtained by winning a Grand Auction, purchasing from the Grand Collector, from Collector Cosmetic Crates, or through Player Trading.
Colorable, meaning players can apply chroma packs to it, allowing them to change its colour.
