Crab Pots are fishing tools unlocked at 
Fishing Level 15 which allow players to fish passively, even while offline. Every 10 minutes, the crab pot attempts to perform a catch, and the catch success rate is determined by the crab pot's level. Each successful catch lowers the pot's durability. When the durability runs out, the crab pot will no longer perform catches, until it is repaired at no cost by the player.
Crab Pots can catch Crabs, Pearls, Treasure, and Spirits. There are 14 crabs for each Climate, with three weights each. The player can select which climate to deploy the crab pots in the A.N.G.L.R Crabber menu.
The odds of higher quality catches can be improved with Fishing Perks and Crab Pot Augments.
Three crab pots are available: the standard crab pot, premium crab pot, and ranked crab pot. Upgrades for the standard crab pot cost 
A.N.G.L.R. Tokens, Pearls, and Spirits, and upgrades for the Premium Crab Pot cost 
Gems. The effectiveness of the Ranked Crab Pot is determined by the player's Rank.
