Penguin Buddy is an Epic and Premium 
cloak cosmetic, found within the 
Premium Event Collection, that was introduced in Patch 0.30.0. This cosmetic is no longer obtainable other than by player trading.
It is 
Colorable, meaning players can apply chroma packs to it, allowing them to change its colour.
Bonus Trophies: 50 for owning it and an extra 10 if all 4 chroma packs are applied to it.
