Pufferfish Friend is an Epic and Legacy hat cosmetic, found within the Legacy Collection, that was introduced in Patch 0.27.0. The Cosmetics can be obtained from Pose Premium for 300. Originally, it was part of the Sea Monsters Free Event Pass.

Owning it rewards the player with a total of 50 Bonus Trophies.

Open Beta 0.27.3 Pufferfish Friend is now obtainable for 300 at the Pose Premium shop. 0.27.0 Added Pufferfish Friend as part of the Sea Monsters event, obtainable from the Free Event Pass.
